FullTiltPoker WSOP Shortcuts

As part of the 2010 World Series of Poker promotion at Full Tilt Poker, there is the Race To The Main Event, a leaderboard based contest that offers players chances to win one of fifty free $10,000 prize packages into the 2010 WSOP Main Event. And today, we’re revealing some of the shortcuts you can take along that route to get to the finish line and nab one of those prize packages before anyone else.

If you were to take the complete course without any shortcuts you would have to advance through two preliminary freerolls—a Round 1 and Round 2 Sit & Go—in order to make it into one of the weekly finals at each of which at least 8 prize packages into the 2010 WSOP Main Event will be awarded.

But here are the Full Tilt Poker shortcuts:

1. First Deposit: Make your 1^st deposit into your real money Full Tilt Poker account during the promotional period and you can skip the Round 1 tournament and head straight to the Round 2 tournament. This is on top of FullTilt’s existing 1^st depositor bonus of 100% up to $600.


2. Refer A Friend: For the duration of the Race to the Main Event added to the current Full Tilt Poker Refer A Friend Bonus of over $100 for you and your friend is a free seat in any Round 2 tournament.


3. Full Tilt Points: Earn a minimum of 3,000 Full Tilt Points (FTPs) in any given week during the promotion and you can skip both of the initial rounds and head straight to the final leg, one of the Race to the Main Event Finals Freerolls.

The Full Tilt Poker Race To The Main Event just started at the beginning of April, 2010 and run through the start of the WSOP in Vegas.
