Straight from the "Some Folks Just Don't Get It Department," yes, Dutch Boyd is planning to reunite the original "Crew" and shoot at least one season (perhaps two) of a poker-themed reality-TV series. I first found out about it at BeerCityPoker, where blogger StB is not counted among Dutch's devoted fans. Many people blame Boyd for his part in the PokerSpot fiasco. Your blogger has always reserved judgment on that one, but this post isn't going there anyway. Instead, we'll have fun with this latest Dutch thing, as the announcement from Dutch includes the invitation to help him name his upcoming "Crew"-based program. As he puts it:
"The name of the project right now is simply 'The Crew,' but I'm throwing around names and am kind of partial to 'The Crew Challenge' and 'The Crew Show.' Also think we might rebrand the new crew if any of the old members don't participate... so if you have any good thoughts about names for the project, I'm all ears."
